From your initial inquiry through post-event follow-ups, we handle communication, contracts, timelines, music backups, gear prep, and all behind-the-scenes logistics that keep everything running smoothly.

Discovery

We research your venue, plan logistics, prepare music, design the show, secure the right gear, and staff your event intentionally. This phase ensures your proposal and planning reflect your weddings vision.

Creative Planning Meeting

About 30–60 days before your wedding, we collaborate on layout, lighting, special moments, music curation, and overall flow. This meeting sets the tone for how your day feels from start to finish.
