Vision Casting

We first conduct a meeting with your team to get an outline of the overall vision of the event and discuss your wants, needs, and expectations to create an estimate based off that vision.

Design

Upon approval of the estimate we begin the planning stages by gathering logistics either by phone, email, virtually or an in-person meetings. We'll design lighting, sound & video production, music playlists, itineraries and more.

Execution

We will be on-site to insure all pieces of your event have the absolute best synergy and success. Together, we will create a seamless event filled with energy and fun and close out the night with a job well done.
